In 1994 I received the RSA/Cambridge "Certificate in teaching English as a foreign language to Adults". Since then I have taught in Zürich and Lugano. I have experience teaching private, semi-private and groups at all levels. My main resources are the Headway and Cambridge series, however, I supplement with other materials as well.

As for my philosophy, I believe the most important role I have as a teacher is to assist students in their language development, which in turn leads to their ability to communicate with people from all over the world. I view Teaching English as a Foreign Language as a way to further promote better relations and cooperation among the people of the world because communication is the core of being able to understand and accept other’s lifestyles.
